Orders over R850 within Gauteng are shipped free of charge.

- Gauteng – R 100
- National (All other Provinces) – R 150
Which couriers do we use?
We ship with Fastways Couriers and Pudo for smaller items. Delivery is on business days only (Monday–Friday) during work hours (9 am – 5 pm). There is no delivery on weekends or public holidays.
How long will my order take?
Orders typically take between 2 – 7 working days to produce and are then shipped.
Courier time once your order has been produced and booked:
- Johannesburg & Pretoria courier time is approximately 1 – 2 days.
- Other areas take approximately 3 – 4 working days,
You will be notified via email once your order has been sent.
Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Novelties & Needs cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.
